EPA (English Pale Ale)

The amber colour, delicate bitterness, and full malt body distinguish this traditional English ale. Hops carefully chosen add aromas of resin, roses, grapefruit peel, and gooseberry traces to the beer. After sipping, an intense, bitter opening gives way to a drier malt flavour with caramel and dried fruit notes. The dark amber to garnet colour and fine silk foam round out the beer experience.
