Vitus

The pale wheat bock is aged for a long time, resulting in a perfectly balanced strong beer with a rounded character. Vitus is saturated with fine yeast and topped with a creamy head of foam. It has a fruity profile, with aromas of dried apricots and citrus fruits. Cloves and a hint of banana are easily discernible in the flavor. The fine bubbles of carbon dioxide create a foaming sensation in the mouth because they are full-bodied and effervescent. Vitus tastes more like a premium, fruity wheat beer than a traditional strong beer.
